Terms of using VoIP2Cloud platform

IP House company developed VoIP2Cloud system two years ago, and with more than 80 business partners worldwide provided top corporate telephony available in cloud technology with professional technical support at extremely affordable prices.

With us, users no longer have to worry about the local PBX server, nor to predict the number of extensions, nor to take care of technical support and maintenance, because we take care of all of than now.

Every month we transport more than 2,500,000 minutes of telephone traffic, and more than 150 companies worldwide gave us their trust. In addition to the Serbian telephone numbers, we can also provide foreign telephone numbers in almost all major European cities, with no additional and hidden costs, and with favorable rates for outgoing calls to the rest of the world through our partners.

The prices shown on our site are for the PBX hosting, VoIP services in Cloud, maintenance, support, etc. The initial package is up to 10 outlets and is 65 €, but everything is scalable and subject to change.

The choice of SIP providers and the price of minutes are your decision. You conclude a phone and minute contract agreement with your service provider and with us you conclude a service contract, contract for connecting the SIP provider to the platform, technical realization, and support for VoIP in Cloud. Of course it is your choice, but we have several providers with whom we have excellent cooperation in terms of technical support, and in that case we can guarantee you a quick resolution of the problems that might possibly arise.

The whole system is in cloud, i.e. offsite servers that have redundant internet, power supply, data store, etc. , as well as a disaster plan that implies the backup of a complete platform on a site that is outside the city. In addition, we covered the scenario where the user is left without the Internet, and therefore without the presence of a central office. In that case, incoming calls are automatically forwarded to mobile phones.

For the entire platform, we guarantee SLA contracts that securely provide 99.99% of service availability, which would mean that the annual level of services can be unavailable for a maximum of 8h. Our company also has ISO 270001: 2013 certification in the field of information security.

To make the VoIP2Cloud system work properly, you need to meet certain conditions:

1. To have a stable internet connection at location / location.

2. It is necessary to place MicroTik devices with which we connect to our datacenter at location / locations, and that all phones or PCs on which softphone applications will be connected will be connected to the same device.

3. You need VoIP phones, you can see the basic model here. We could potentially use the other manufacturer, but with Yealink devices we guarantee that everything will work properly. Another option is to install a softphone on your PC, connect the headset to the microphone, and use your computer as a phone.
